Adam Davies has spent thirty-five years advising, sitting on, or reporting to executive teams and their boards.
Much of that career has been spent helping organisations and entire sectors navigate potentially existential change – moments when an industry or business faces fundamental disruption, and needs to recognise, prepare and act in real time.
Examples span four decades:
In addition to the advisory work, Adam has held multiple CEO roles, including building QS Consulting from inception, creating the pioneering Sanona movie streaming platform, and most recently serving as CEO of Nature MRV, the first AI-driven biodiversity risk and reporting platform.
For more than a decade, Adam's experience has been sought by some of the world's leading business schools and organisations – including London Business School, UCL School of Management, Oxford University, Imperial College, Warwick Business School, UCLA, the Indian School of Business and WeWork – where he has designed and delivered programmes on growth strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship and finance to over 1,200 senior executives and 700 MBA students. These include UCL's core Managing the Growing Firm module, as well as LBS's Entrepreneurial Edge and Oxford's VIEW I and VIEW II.
Adam is a Sloan Fellow of London Business School (Strategy & Leadership), and a practising solicitor, having qualified in 1995. He has provided legal services at a number of City and West End firms such as Herbert Smith, SJ Berwin, Tarlo Lyons and Howard Kennedy, and as Head of Legal and Business Affairs at several listed PLCs.
Adam was also the author of The Film Finance Handbook, the world's best-selling guide to film finance for eight consecutive years.
Investrum provides advisory services directly to organisations and their leadership teams. Where engagements require specialist input, we draw on a trusted network covering AI and technology implementation, regulatory compliance, operations, data and analytics, finance and HR. Every engagement is led personally by Adam.
